He is currently expanding his licensure to North Carolina and Georgia as part of The Rebuild Company’s continued regional growth.

Rebecca Duncan brings a unique blend of operational leadership, community engagement, and strategic relationship-building to her role as Director of Operations and Strategic Engagement at The Rebuild Company. She has completed three years toward her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services at Grand Canyon University, complementing her professional experience with a strong academic foundation focused on people, systems, and service.

Rebecca spent five years as a Community Associations Manager, where she developed extensive experience working closely with property owners, boards, and residents to manage complex communities and operational needs. She also served as a Human Resources Manager for one year, strengthening her ability to support teams, improve organizational processes, and foster healthy workplace culture.
In addition to her professional roles, Rebecca has pursued several entrepreneurial ventures that have sharpened her skills in leadership, strategic thinking, and partnership development. She is deeply passionate about building meaningful relationships that create both business value and community impact.

Rebecca actively serves her community through volunteer leadership, sitting on the Board of Directors for the Upper State Apartment Association and the board of SWITCH, a Greenville-based nonprofit focused on preventing human trafficking and supporting survivors. Known for his ability to build strong teams and drive consistent growth, Bobby has developed a reputation for combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. His leadership style is rooted in clear communication, accountability, and a commitment to excellence—qualities that have allowed him to succeed in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he built a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and leadership. Bobby has applied this knowledge throughout his career, helping organizations improve processes, increase revenue, and strengthen client relationships.
Beyond his professional achievements, Bobby is deeply committed to his family. He has been married for 10 years and is a proud father of four. Much of his time outside of work is spent supporting his children in their various sports and activities, where he values the opportunity to invest in their growth, discipline, and character.
An active individual himself, Bobby enjoys playing soccer and spending time outdoors. Whether on the field, at a game, or with his family, he brings the same level of energy, dedication, and integrity that defines his professional life.
