Our founder brought decades of experience in construction, leadership, and property management. Through that experience, he repeatedly encountered the same challenges across the industry poor communication, inconsistent workmanship, and contractors who approached projects reactively rather than proactively. Rather than accepting the status quo, he set out to build something different. Something better. From the beginning, The ReBuild Company has been built around three core principles.
